Saturday

13.5 miles for the week.  Only one of them running but hey it's a start.

Thinking about trying to hit the pool this coming week but not sure how it will fit in.  Plus I love the nightly walks with the sons 1 and 2, my buddy C and our dogs. 

I need to be better about strength training and stretching.  Feeling seriously old and brittle.  Oh maybe that's because I am!
