Wednesday

Decided to follow HP's lead and not run two days in a row.  It's killin' me but I know it's the best thing for now.

AM:  30 minutes of dynamic stretch, planks, push-ups and static stretch.

Late AM: 30-40 dance rehearsal

PM: 2.5 mile walk

Feels good to be active again.
