Monday: 30 minutes of pilates and 2 mile walk in 40 minute with kids and dogs.
Tuesday: Stretching, sit-ups, and push-ups. Girl push-ups but push-ups none the less!
Wednesday. Stretching and 2 mile walk in 32 minutes.
Not bad for a professional gimp!
